Pilgrimage Highlights – Sant Vicenç de Jonqueres

Compliments of Joe and Connie, here is a photo taken just after the final Mass – on Pentecost Sunday – of their 43-member pilgrimage to Portugal, France and Spain, at the altar of Sant Vicenc de Jonqueres Church in Sabadell near Barcelona, Spain.  The church is a heritage complex complete with rectory, cemetery and museum. Records of the church date back to the 10th century and it preserves elements from the Romanesque, Gothic, renaissance and baroque periods.
