On June 14, 2025, His Beatitude Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa, Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, celebrated a Holy Mass of Thanksgiving for the apostolate of Hogar Niño Dios.
The Sisters of the Incarnate Word organized the event, and children and staff from the facility were delighted to participate. Many from families and the local community were in attendance, nearly filling St. Catherine’s parish church.
The joy and innocence of the children served generously by the Sisters was clearly contagious throughout this day of celebration.
St. Catherine’s Church is located attached to the Basilica of the Nativity in Bethlehem, and serves as a local parish for the community.
