Event Photography and Consent

The EOHSJ values your privacy. At our events, official photographers may capture photos or videos for use in promotional materials, including our website, social media, and printed publications. We obtain explicit consent for photography via our Photography Release Form, available for download here or at event registration. For minors, parental or guardian consent is required.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff at the event or opt out via our contact form below. If an image containing your likeness appears on our website, you may request its removal by submitting a request through our contact form, and we will remove it within five business days.
